Had an extremely good stay at this hotel. Far exceeded my expectation. Nothing to fault except the location which is a slightly far from Hiroshima Station but it is still within walking distance (10 to 15 mins walk). 1. Everything you need for a stay is provided. Very complete. 2. Very huge and spacious for 4 of us. 3. Shower has very high pressure. 4. Very modern and sophisticated facility. 5. Check in and out was super easy. 6. Very fast in replying queries albeit there was no reception on site. 7. Comfortable bed. 8. Quiet location. 9. Very clean. 10. Bathroom was heated and can dry clothes after washing with the washing machine provided Conclusion: Value for money; paid 3 star hotel price but got 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is nestled on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat. It is one of the more spacious properties we've stayed in, with a room that was not only generously sized but also equipped with modern conveniences. The amenities included a washing machine and a dedicated drying room—features we truly appreciated. Located about 900 meters from the station, the flat walk made it easily accessible. The excellent soundproofing in the room ensured a restful night’s sleep, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We would still stay here again, it was excellent.

It was a 10 minute walk to the train station. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well as in the Hiroshima train station. Beds were very comfortable. We did get help from a wonderful young lady to help us check-in as we had gone to the wrong Grand Base hotel. She spoke excellent English and picked us up from the wrong hotel. We were very thankful for her help.

The room itself was large and had great facilities with a washer and enormous TV. It was tech-savvy as well with a tablet displaying all the room info you might need and plenty of settings for the wet room to ventilate it, heat it or dry your clothes! Beds were also comfy and the entire place was spotlessly clean.
